15 July 2026

Dear Shareholder

Update on Cyber Incident and Continued Suspension of Dealing

Further to our letters dated 24 April 2026 and 19 June 2026 concerning the cyber security incident affecting EEA Life Settlements Inc. (“EEA Inc.”), the Board of Directors of EEA Life Settlements Fund PCC Limited (the “Fund”) wishes to provide shareholders with a further update.

As reported in June, approximately 84% of the funds subject to the unauthorised transfer have been recovered. That is a substantial result, and what remains is a limited residual balance. The Fund and all parties involved continue to pursue its recovery, though recovery of this final amount cannot be assured.

While this uncertainty persists, the Board cannot strike the Net Asset Value of the Fund with the accuracy shareholders are entitled to expect. The suspension of the calculation of Net Asset Value, and of redemptions and dealings in the shares of the Fund, will therefore remain in place. This is a measure of prudence in respect of a defined and contained sum. The Fund’s portfolio of policies continues to be held and serviced in the ordinary course.

The suspension remains under review and will be lifted once the Board is satisfied that the Net Asset Value can be determined with sufficient accuracy. That point may be reached either through recovery of the outstanding balance or through a reliable and final determination by the Board of the amount, if any, that will not be recovered. The Board is conscious of the effect of the suspension on shareholders and is working to bring the matter to a resolution as quickly as it properly can. It will continue to update shareholders as and when there are material developments.

Shareholders should continue to refer to the Q&A document available on the Fund’s website for further information.

We understand that Shareholders may have questions in relation to this letter. If you do wish to ask a question, please

Yours faithfully
